My contact person, Bill Cooper took over my assignment from another representative. He immediately notified me and assured me of good service. He was prompt and conscientous with all my questions. I have a rather specific time line related to arrival and departure to the car's destination, and Bill worked within the time constraints. The gentleman who actually moved the car was right on time to pick it up and kept me abreast of his arrival times. He arrived within in minutes of the decided time.
