They picked up late on a car trailer. The guy had to remove the battery from his pickup truck to use on the winch on the trailer. The car was on and off at least 4 times to swap trailers, etc. I was wondering where they were 7 days later so I called Al, a LIAR AND THIEF. Their main truck they said broke down in Tennessee for a steering box. 8 days later it finally arrived, but only because I called every day trying to set up a drop off time. Always a new excuse. When it arrived, I found out what the delay was for. They bent the windshield upright posts and broke one lower pane of glass. They tried to cover it up by replacing the glass. They screwed up because the new glass is modern laminated safety glass and was cut to the wrong size so nothing went together. Also the state inspection sticker was gone, as well as most hardware and the windows were laying on the seat. At drop off, they tried charging 100 dollars more, even though I had a receipt. I had to yell at AL on the phone for 20 minutes before I could get my car unloaded. I didn't notice the switch-eroo of the glass until the morning when I tried to put them back in and they were long gone. Al says I can't prove anything, even though I have photos before it left, as well as physical evidence in-hand! They are out for a reaming and NOT CAR GUYS! DO NOT TRUST YOUR PRIDE AND JOY IN THEIR HANDS! We need to all get together and file a class-action lawsuit and put them out of business FAST!
