Alena was very good to work with

I was assigned to Alena through Honesty First Auto Transport. I was concerned with the reviews about Alena, but since Honesty First has great reviews I decided to move ahead. I called Alena several times and she was extremely patient with me. I had specific delivery constraints (no Fri afternoon or Saturday delivery) and she was willing to work with me. In addition, I was concerned about delivery on other days and she said I can change to nearby with 24 hours notice.

I then spoke with the driver Joseph on several occasions and he was also extremely patient. He took very good care of my daughter's car and had it delivered before she needed to go to school. In addition,
I asked that he call me as well as her prior to delivery and he did just that.

As long as you are kind and keep communication open, ask the right questions, log mileage and dents, etc there will be no misunderstanding and all is good. I learned what questions to ask and what to put on the form by reading other people's reviews and learning from their mistakes.

I was happy with Alena Enterprises and would use them again.
