Hello Terrence, thank you for your review! I've recently contacted your driver (Lucas with WCA Transport LLC) and he's stated that your emblem was loose on pickup and to prevent if from coming off on the highway he removed it and stored it in your drivers seat. As for the dirt, there were weather conditions causing mud on the cross-country journey that, unfortunately, could not be avoided. We did our best to work within your budget and hope if you're ever in the market again that you consider us to get the job done. Thank you for choosing Alfreighto!
