Jay was fantastic. First time shipping my car from summer home to winter home. I will use Jay again in a heartbeat. He kept in touch with me. The whole time went. Unfortunately the trailer got a flat tire and was a day late picking up the car, but he was always on top of it and kept in touch with me the whole time. He did a great job.
