As several of the other customer reviews have pointed out, All Aboard Auto Shipping, Inc., has not been a pleasureable experience for me. I was quoted a price of 520 dollars to have my car shipped 6 weeks in advance and this was the best price I had gotten. The first incident began when they did not call me the day before they were trying to pick up my car, nor did they call me the day someone was suppose to pick up my car to let me know that NO ONE would be picking it up that day. I had a scheduled flight out and was luckily able to leave my car with some friends. I had to repeatedly call the auto carrier and they finally had someone to pick up my car 5 days after original date but an additional 130 dollars was requested in order to make it happen. I complied. The driver was actually pretty reliable and called me when he was on his way to pick up my car (that being said the truck driver works for a company separate from All Aboard Auto Shipping) and then called me the day before he would deliver the car at the requested residence. However, evidently, All Aboard had not paid the driver or the company any money and thus the driver was requesting $450 dollars cash on delivery. Well, unfortunately I was 2000 miles away and not there to pay the driver nor was I planning on it. I called AllAboard multiple times requesting help on resolving the issue as I had paid in full already. Allaboard told me that they would contact the driver and try to settle the dispute and I should call back in 30 minutes. This happened multiple times and after talking with the truck driver he said that AllAboard had not contacted him nor his boss on the matter. Thus, my car was placed in a storage terminal somewhere in the state of Georgia ( I think). A week and a half later, the dispute still hasn't been resolved... I have not appreciated being told to call back or telling me they would call me back after settling the matter and not receiving that call.
