This is the cheating company! They responded to me right away before the contact. After the contract they disappear. I read some bad rewiews about them but I thought they were some small accidents to them because bad things can also happen to good company. I was stupid.After getting the contract they disappear. They suppose to pick up my car on 01/10, and they said they would call 2 days ahead. Now,01/11 no call. I call 4 days ago and they are currently closed , even today is Monday. I had to hire another comapy to pick up my car cause I am flying tomorrow. I called the Florida Better Business Bureau to file, and I will call the credit card service to get the money back. Gina, you are a big liar! I will complain you with Florida Better Business Bureau. Don't just sit there to steal other's money. I still have the copy of the contract here.
