The company called me within 2 hours of placing the order stating a pickup day. The driver called me 24 hours before pick up. Unfortunately, he had a delay with a pickup earlier in the day and called me to ask if we could arrange pickup the following morning. He was there on time the next day and pickup went smoothly. On the other end, he was three days early, which certainly made up for the delay on the pickup. The cost was exactly what was quoted with no extra or hidden fees. Everyone involved was professional and kept us informed the whole way. I would use them again and recommend them to friends and family.
