All America Transport Auto Transport of Bethesda, MD, was good to deal with, reliable, and their service gave good value for the money. Jaymes, the contact person, was helpful and courteous, and answered my questions clearly. They found a carrier near to the vehicle's location in Utah, who assigned a capable driver who delivered the vehicle on time. I was advised against this company by a competitor, but when I compared them both on TransportReviews.com, I decided to go with AAAT. Understandably, the vehicle was dirty from winter travel on an open carrier, but there was no damage of any kind. And although we had no reason to make a damage claim, the process was clear. I would definitely use this company again if I needed to ship a vehicle.
Furthermore, the carrier was good to deal with, and the driver knew his job, picked up and delivered on time, made phone contact on both ends, and gave all-around good service.
