I had originally contracted with another company. They promised to pick up in 2 or 3 days. By day 13 I cancelled and contacted All American. My daughter had moved back home, and she was desperate to get her car. I called on a Wednesday morning. They told me that they would definitely have someone pick it up in 2 or 3 days. On Friday afternoon the driver contacted my daughter and said that he was not able to contact the person who had the keys to the car (he worked night shift and was sleeping). He gave us a heads up that he would start picking up in a few hours. We finally woke her friend with the keys who then called the driver who was polite and knowledgeable and they made the arrangements on where he could leave the car for pickup. The car was picked up a few hours later. The driver called my daughter to confirm a few dings that existed on the car. She acknowledged that she knew about them. I was totally shocked when my daughter called me Monday and said that the driver called and would be delivering the car on Tuesday. He drove from Nevada to New Jersey with a full load of cars (2 drivers) and got her car to her in 4 days. When she met him Tuesday afternoon, he had dropped off all by her car and one other. He left Nevada with a full trailer of cars.
