The route was a tough one. A very remote area of New Mexico going to Delaware. We were unable to secure a carrier within a week and informed the customer that he might want to consider offering more money to entice a trucker to take the freight. We didn't require the customer to do this we just merely made a suggestion as sometime certain routes don't move as fast as a customer would want and explain to them that paying more than the market rate on a route can expedite the transport. This does happen from time to time. A route which is not popular takes longer than we expect to get a customers car moved but we explain to the customer their options and hope they make an informed decision. This customer choose to cancel. AAAT
