I delivered the car on a Monday, and the close-off for the next ship was Tuesday. I was expecting my car in 10 days, but it took an extra week (I guess the ship that I thought my car was going on was full). Otherwise the customer service, drop off and delivery went very smooth and professional. The car was dirty (from being in port) on the outside, but I was given a coupon for a car wash, but was clean on the inside. The port facilities seem secure. Also AAAT was $65 cheaper than the other car movers, for the same service.
