If am not mistaken calm and collected Kurt was actually on the verge of canceling this customers transport shortly after she placed her order due to her harassment and use of profane language. She apologized and Kurt told her the carrier was expecting to load her vehicle as early as that day but he would call her ahead of time to set up the specifics.
After she called the carrier directly and learned that the carrier would not be there till the following day she felt it was unacceptable and was compelled to call in and curse at one of our sales reps. I can surely say that no one at our office would operate in such a manner as she has listed in her review. I can tell you that if someone decides to curse at us we inform them that we are a professional company and we do not tolerate that kind of language end of story. It sounds as though she is upset the driver was a day later than expected and has decided to take it out on us.
