I overnighted the payment to them and was told it would be picked up betweenJune 26, 2008 till July 1, 2008 here it is July 8th and when i called them they told me that they had a company picking it up and they never did and I ask them so what is next because i needed to know due too I could only keep the car there for so long and told me that they dont like me asking all these questions and they are cancelling my order now and when I asked for my money back he laffed and said when we get around to it, I then asked him what his name was so I may contact the owner of the company and he stated back to me ( If you dont have a wife I will tell you ) THATS WAS A COMMENT THAT COULD BE TAKEN MANY WAYS AND I DO INTEND TO SEEK LEGAL CONCIL IF I DO NOT GET MY MONEY BACK. BEWARE OF COMPANIES LIKE THIS I WILL CALL THERE ON A DAILEY BASIS ON THE STATUS OF THEM RETURNING MY MONEY I PAID THEM. When i told them that he stated that my money will be sent overnight back to me and on July 9th 2008 I should recieve it

This customer is not giving the whole story. He placed his order with us and we informed him that we would be looking at a window of pickup between the 26th and the 1st of July. We had a carrier that was interested. They then called us back to say they were not going to be hauling the load for us. We reposted it and were hit with the July 4th weekend. We were bombarded by calls from Richard on the 8th who cursed, yelled and threatened us. We informed him that we were canceling his order and sending back his money. He continued to call and curse at us. We informed him that we will not tolerate that kind of behavior. It got so out of hand that we had to call the Merrimack New Hampshire Police department to intercede. We wish him the best in his auto transport endeavors. We will sending out his money when the accountant comes in this week. AAAT
