This customer was given an accurate quote based on our normal window of 3 days to have it scheduled. She was informed after the 3rd day that we did not have a carrier as of yet. She voiced her concerns about how she needed the car in Illinois by the 17th. We discussed her options and said if she was crunched for time it would in her best interest to increase the amount we could pay to a trucker to enable us to meet her deadline of the 17th. We do not know how the customer can think of us a rude. We are an honest and upfront company who treats customers with all the respect we can provide. I would have to assume that she is upset that we have yet to provide a carrier for her transport.
