I am sorry to hear that you are turned off by what Mike had to say in regards to your desire to file a claim. Mike was informing you that since you did not sign off on the damage at the time of delivery that the carrier would not cover it. It explicitly states on our contract and the carriers contract that any and all damages must be noted at the time of delivery. If this does not happen the carrier will not cover for any damages.
