Our company's automobile was originally scheduled to be picked up on the weekend of October 25-26. It was actually picked up early (on October 24) and the transport was very accommodating of our needs in this regard.

It was an uneventful transport. The automobile arrived in San Diego in the same shape it left Georgia XXXand it took just five days to get there.

The price was reasonable at $988 (much less than it would have cost us to have it driven out there, considering per diem rates, lodging expense and additional mileage put on the car).

For the most part, I worked with Mike again (who was my contact for an earlier transport). Mike is very congenial, not easily ruffled and always presents a friendly and professional demeanor. I was also working with Kurt during the transport for a short time XXXand the experience was like night and day. Kurt was very short tempered, brusk and not at all friendly. He needs some lessons in Customer Service.

Overall, my experience was excellent (as it was during the previous transport). Had it not been for Kurt's attitude, the customer service portion of this review would have been a solid excellent, as well, instead of one notch below.
