All America Auto Transport was very patient in handling our transport due to a fiasco in dealing with our insurance claim agent. They had a transport truck at the site to pick up our vehicle twice when they were told it was ready. The wrecker company refused to release the vehicle because the insurance company had not done their part and paid the towing charges. After much phoning and paying the bill ourselves, All America arranged yet another transport truck to pick up our vehicle and it arrived today.
They were most cooperative about the whole mixed up event.
I would highy recommend this company. They handled this matter in a very professional manner.
The young man that we delt with was Kurt. Good job!!
