I signed and faxed a contract Monday evening. By early Tuesday afternoon my car had been picked up (at my house in Denver) and was delivered to me (at my hotel) in Virginia early Sunday evening. The car was in good working order with no damage. There was the exptected dirty condition of the car as it traveled in a open truck.
I realize I happened to hit the timing right of a truck preparing to leave on Wednesday, but I am very satisfied that everything promised to me was delivered (and my car was delivered ahead of schedule). One of the reasons I selected this firm was that they did not add any additional fuel or highway surcharge to their quoted rate. Several other quotes I obtained included the caveat that additional surcharges may apply. I will use this firm again when I am ready to return my vehicle to Denver.
