This customer has chosen to leave vital aspects of his shipment out in hopes of portraying us negatively. The order to ship the car was actually placed and paid for by the dealer who this customer had bought the car from in South Carolina, maybe the breakdown in communication was between the dealer and his customer. As the dealer had no issues with us or how we took care of the shipment.
The first trucking company we assigned was never informed that this Mustang had been modified with a body kit and side pipes changing the stock ground clearance. They attempted to load the car, but were concerned they might damage it and chose not to continue.
We reassigned the car to be picked up by another company, who did not have any issues loading it and transported the car cross country in just 6 days. I think that is more than outstanding service based on the circumstances we had learned of after the fact.
