I decided to go with All American Auto based on an extensive look into past cusotmer experiences as reflected in industry reviews. All American had scored 5 stars out of 5 every time from whatI could see.

Then came my exerience which I am pleased to say exceeded expectations even thouhgmy expectations were set at 5 star service. I would have to rate them 5+.

From the beginning Mike was very responsive and efficient. More importantly I felt assured from the very first contact that i had contacted the right company. There was a demonstrated care and acknowledgement of the importance of this delivery for me versus a buisness as usual approach.

Then came my interaction with the Truck Driver assigned to my job, Scott Mckellips. Scott contacted me prior to the potential date given and confirmed the actual time, which BTW was much sooner then I was expecting.

He then met me at my convenience and picked my car. This car was for my daughter going to college out of my state. Again I flet that Scott understood theimportance of this to me and my daughter from the start.

The delivery was on time and better yet, Scott stayedin touch with me and my daughter giving us updates on his travel and arrival times.

I could not be more pleased and would recommend both All American Auto and Scott. I ever have a need to transport again I will go with All American Auto and do everything I can to get Scott assigned to my job.

This was quite the experience in this day and age. I am glad that a company who has chosen to name itself All American actexecutes so well and with the utmost character possible.
