I thought the cost of the transport was a great deal and that they would ship my car with a reputable dealer. The vehicle was picked up and transported as planned, but there was damage to the car that they carrier attempted to hide.
When I filled out the paperwork, noting the damage, I was not told how to handle it. When I called All America to find out how to handle the claim, they gave me a phone number for the carrier and told me to contact them. I was unsuccessful in contacting the carrier, who wouldn't return my calls, letters, or faxes. I called All America again to find out how I should proceed, and they basically told me that it wasn't their problem.
I later found out that I should contact the Better Business Bureau and file a complaint. Only after that did I receive a response from the carrier, over a year later, though the damage remains.
