I recently had my vehicle transported from California to Florida. I am sending you this to let you know what a wonderful experience I had. The driver was extremely friendly, professional, prompt, honest, and I could go on for hours. In this day and age, it is rare to see genuine willingness to help and go the extra mile. Also, the driver was extremely observant. The vehicle was shipped with a missing strip on the roof of the car. This is something that the sender had not noticed and that I would probably not either, until no one would be able to confirm who owned the car when the defect first appeared. Unfortunately, I cannot find the bill of lading to see what the drivers name was. Please give him my thanks.
