I just wanted to send you a note to thank you for getting my car here safely. I am sure that I must have been your most neurotic customer. I was very anxious as I had just gone through a terrible time with the company that moved my furnishings. I can say with 100% certainty that your company is the best. My fiance and I will be moving back to California in 2005 and I will absolutely use your firm to move both of our cars back. Also, I truly appreciate your having my car safely left with Palisades Towing. I was out of town when the driver arrived in Jersey City. The gentlemen at Palisades Towing were wonderful and easily directed me back to Jersey City from Palisades Park, New Jersey (a town I was in no way familiar with as I just moved here). Please extend my sincere thanks to HD and Patty. The gentleman they had pick my car up in Greenbrae, California and deliver it to New Jersey was wonderful. Not only did he meet my friend in the evening to pick the car up but he offered her a ride back to her home (three blocks away). He took the time to methodically go over my car before taking possession and I can assure you that it arrived in perfect condition. Again, thank you for your professionalism and expertise. I will absolutely recommend your firm to anyone contemplating a car move and I will assuredly use your firm when I return to California. Finally, please feel free to use my name as a reference if the need ever arises. I cannot thank you enough for a job well done.
