I called to get prices as we had a car to be brought up from Naples, Florida to Blue Bell, Pa. and one from Deerfield Beach, Florida. The company told me when they would be there within 3 days but the driver would call first and let us know definitely what date and time he would be there and would call an hour ahead to know an exact time on the day of pick-up. The driver did call when he said he would and was there within 30 minutes. He was very polite and business like. He said when he would be in Penna. and approximately the time as he got closer. It was like clockwork. Our other car was picked up on the East coast and we had the same professional experience with the service and the driver which were two different ones. We live in gated communities in Florida and Penna. and I was concerned they would have trouble getting in because of the size of the trailers. Absolutely not - they were able to park the trailer off to the side of the road, not extending onto the road itself, unloading the car from the trailer and driving it in to our residence. I have since recommended them to friends who also transport cars up and down and they have been just as satisfied. They are honest, reliable and a pleasure to work with.
