Shipping car to Hawaii

Although the company always returned my phone calls each day, I felt they were inexperienced when it came to shipping a car overseas. Michael was very pleasant to talk with, but should have known what items I need to have on hand for the next phone call-( ie. registration number of the car and license plate number). He also cut and pasted LAND shipping information that conflicted with what he told me on the phone, which I found annoying and confusing. The original quote was door to door. It changed to port to port with no reduction in price. I attempted to arrange door to door, but he was higher than another company, and by this time we had already had several conversations, so I just drove the car to the port myself. If I was shipping a car in the US, I might consider using this company again, but would contact the port directly to ship overseas.
