i had an lexus 400 transported from florida to michigan. on the first available day of pick-up vivian had a truck ready to go that day. unfortunately, paper work delayed it to the next day. the day after that vivian had it on a truck heading to michigan. she was always in touch, and their was never a problem. she did exactly what she told me, and the driver was early and already had my car unloaded. i picked all american because they gave me the lowest price out of 35-40 different companies, and their reviews were by far the best. i found this is a cut-throat business having close to 10 other companies call me and try to discredit the price i was given, the time frame i was promised, and about everything else. one lady was so nasty i had to hang up on her, along with 2 other companies. if i could remember the name of them i would post it. but, i would highly recommend all american, and would definately use them again. thanks again vivian.
