I got in contact with All American Transport because my mom found them and thought their prices were competitive. From the moment we booked everything with them, I was in regular contact with the agent, Donald, who emailed and called me to make sure he got all the details correct. We used a credit card, and there is an extra fee for that, so the price jumped up to 855, from the original 800 we were quoted. We were ok with the additional charge since we wanted to have the leisure of paying for it little by little. My car got picked up a day earlier than expected which made things a bit more hectic for me since I was in the middle of trying to run errands for my big move, but I rathered have them pick it up early than late since I was going to be flying from California. The guys who picked up my car were really friendly, and I didnt get a creepy vibe from them or anything, lol. They called on Wednesday, as they had promised, to tell me they would be delivering my car in 3 hours and were at my doorstep in 3 hours, as promised. The only thing that was sort of a negative was they told the driver that we owed 600 as COD when we had already paid for it with a charge card. That was quickly resolved with a call to the office to confirm we had already paid. Good people, def recommend, and I actually gave a coworker of mine their contact info so they could do business with them too :)
