I was overwhelmed by trying to pick a vehicle carrier. We received a flood of emails and phone calls.
All American Transport's quote stood out because it included a contact name/email/phone/fax, etc. Our sales person - Byron Taplin responded to all my questions promptly by email or phone. He explained the process completely (he contracts with an independent driver) and gave me confidence that All American Transport would be a good choice. He also was willing to negotiate our price. I was also able to see reviews that clearly identified this company on an independent review site.
When a driver was arranged, I received written confirmation from Byron giving me the driver's name, phone, email, etc. The driver contacted me ahead of time. He was on time with the pick-up and delivery. He came right to the house for pick-up and delivery. The car arrived safely. Byron followed up to make sure all went well with the transport.
I would use All American Transport again and would recommend them to other.
