Annette made this experience easy. All American Transport Company did exactly what they said. They picked-up my car within 24 hours and delivered it in less than two days.

I had fired a different company within 24 hours of contracting with them the day before. Once they had my $199 deposit in advance; they became unavailable. They would not answer my multiple emails or multiple phone calls regarding concerns. They were extremely vague as to when my car would be picked-up and delivered and said it may take at least 7 days. Ironically, I received a phone call from them within 30 seconds after leaving them a phone message firing them. They reminded me of their contract and extra charges would ensue if I changed the location or time they could pick-up my car because of their inability to tell me when they would arrive, it would cost me additional money (up to $300 more!). The contract only protected them and not the consumer.

For a mere $50 more, All American Transport made my stress disappear. Before selecting your car transport, check the BBB for its review of the company and if the company is BBB certified. It's worth the few extra bucks. The All American Transport Company is BBB certified.
