All American added a response to my earlier review and wants people to think we would leave keys to a $5,000.00 Mercedes hidden in the car left out in the open of a secluded lot?? I've asked for a copy of that email or phone conversation. Also, to get to the car there are business there that see every car, bus or truck that comes in and no one saw a carrier or pick up truck come through 2/15/13, 2/16/13 or 2/17/13. they are there from 8:00 am till 8:00pm.
I never thought people would just blatantly lie to make a buck. In their response they state I conveniently left out some very important information about leaving keys in the car as promised.... I never would leave keys hidden in a car and not know who was picking it up! And I would question anybody that asked me to do such a thing!
Our conversation with the driver (the out of the blue call as noted in my first review 2/16/13) was "he could be in the area in about 2 hours. I told him no one was available to meet him on weekends!" If by some stupid mix up on my part, wouldn't the driver, talking to me, had said
"HEY, WHERE'D YOU HIDE THE KEYS??" that Val said you promised to leave!
All American has said they met all their part of the deal and I didn't. I'm sorry but I'm the one who worked around their schedule of "will be picked up by weeks end, then, Oh, can't do home delivery just somewhere in Pittsburgh, then, that's pretty far off of 95 so it won't be till next week, and on and on and on. Now to lie and say I broke a promise, pretty sad.
So, all I can say is that I would not recommend ALL AMERICAN TRANSPORT
Copy of email from Val stating, before I signed anything, that she would call with the dates and driver would call with times. I have entire chain of all emails.

Hello Rick,
I will call you with scheduling of pick up and delivery dates once we have completed the order. Then the driver will call 2 to 3 hours prior to pick up and deliver. If you work nearby you can have the vehicle delivered to your workplace or you can always ask the driver to call may be and hour before he arrives so you can meet him at home. It isn't necessary for you to take the day off. Once your ready for me to work on the order just reply "I agree" or "I confirm" to the email I previously sent titled " Car Shipping Order Placed".
