Keith and I have been in contact for about six months concerning my transport. We first talked in November, I believe, and I recently contacted him again to see if there was any way to get a transport over the weekend. It worked out great. He was able to find a driver quickly and the driver contacted me immediately. The driver, Don, was on time when he said he'd get there and since there was a bit of a snafu about getting back (I was not able to be there in the morning, but later in the day), Don accommodated me. He was also concerned about placement on the trailer, as there was a question of vehicle weight being evenly distributed. The transport arrived wonderfully, undamaged and all was well. I only feel bad for Don because when he rolled off the car, the rear passenger wheel cylinder blew- most likely due to pressure change (6200 feet to Sea Level)- and he had no brakes. Still, we were able to stop the car in time and he helped me push it to a safe location. Helping push the car and get it safe went beyond what I expected. For that, I am very grateful. He also took great care in making sure that the transport was safely fastened and space was used wisely. Naturally, I was afraid about shipping in an open trailer, but when I saw the rest of the vehicles, it was clear that the driver was very safe and concerned about his transport. Thank you.
