Terrible!

Was moving for business on short notice. Was told I would have a car pickup date in 3 days. After 6 days and many unanswered emails and phone calls I cancelled & found a reliable company.

Mrs. Casey, When you first booked with us we always told you that there are not many drivers that go to Fargo, ND on a regular basis and this would take a little bit of time. You told us you understood this when you booked and that is why we decided to take this order. Your first available pick up date wasn't until tomorrow March 20th and we originally had a window from the 20th through the 23rd to pick up your car. I don't know what you mean about unanswered calls because there are no missed calls in this office during normal business hours. We are open Monday though Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM EST and Saturdays from 10 AM to 3 PM EST and all of our calls are answered during that time. We cancelled your order this morning when you called and cursed out 3 different agents here. We regret that we were not able to find a driver for you but if you had given us a reasonable amount of time during which your car was actually available for pick up I am sure we would have been able to get this picked up for you. We wish you and anyone that has to work with you in the future the best of luck.
