I choose All American Transport by all the good reviews they had on this web site, but now I know that was a big mistake.They brokered the haul to a company called auto star out of Spokane Washington,there was a problem with the pick up that was not their fault.But that is when things went bad, as soon as the car could be picked up I called and told Vivian that it was ready I don't know if she contacted Auto Star or what but my car just sat there.After calling All American many times she just would not answer the phone call,and my car just sat there collecting storage fees.I finally called Auto star my self and after an hour they found the dispatch and told me that they would pick it up next week,which they did & they would cover a week of the storage fees even though there was two weeks of fees totaling 240.00$.After Picking up my car about 40 miles away from my house and the driver was not told of the price change,so he would not release my car so I paid full price,I called All American before I paid, and they did not do any thing to make sure I got the reduced price,did not stay a top of the picking up of my car and they have done nothing to help get a refund from Auto Star,I have been in contact with Mark one of the dispatchers & Sergay the Owner of the company and you know I got nothing out of them and NO help from All American either.Vivian knew this company was bad and she did not care,I checked into Auto star transport inc .after the fact and I was amazed at how many complaints they have,So beware of both company.
