I chose All American Transport primarily because of the superb customer service and excellent price! Prior to delivery to Oakland, Keith guided me through the whole process. I had some concerns which were addressed with courtesy and promptness. Keith was always available for all my crazy questions, one of which was 'Does the destination port (Hawaii) provide gasoline?' I was concerned because my low gas indicator light turned on as I arrived in Oakland (Policy for shipping the car is to have under 1/4 tank of gas). Port of Honolulu does not provide gas...This caused me some concern, but on the way to the Port of Honolulu, I saw a gasoline station within a few blocks of Matson Vehicle Pickup. I was relieved! I would recommend All American Transport Co. to everyone!!! In fact, I already have. Thank you Keith for your perseverance, patience and EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
