Isis was professional, knowledgeable and concerned about our satisfaction. I've had few better interactions. She followed up immediately, contacted a carrier and did all the leg work to get our car shipped. The driver showed up on time and the car was delivered on time with no damage what so ever. It was a seamless and pleasant experience working with her. I was impressed with Isis and she defined customer satisfaction for me.
