We ended up working with Josh and All American Transport twice - once to ship the car down from Seattle to Irvine, CA - then, unexpectedly - back to Seattle. Both times, working with Josh was a pleasure: both times, he was very professional, friendly, and proactive. He kept us 'in the know' throughout the entire process.

As I said, the 2nd transport (Irvine to Seattle) was a surprise. I emailed Josh to give him a heads up on Sunday - and he replied on Sunday. Then I called on Monday at 8am. He had the entire transport set up in about 45 minutes. Amazing, and beyond expectations.

It was also crucial that he did this, as we had to fly out of Irvine by 10am, and didn't want to leave without having the transport arranged. We're grateful to Josh for caring enough - and being professional enough - to make sure we were covered with plenty of time to make the flight. You can count on us to be loyal, repeat customers.
