Mrs. Singh,
We are very sorry that the carrier we found for you drove your car 163 miles, that is completely unacceptable. However, they did give you a $300 discount on your order because they had to drive your car. You also didn't even give us a chance to see what else we could do for you, your car was delivered just yesterday on July 25th and you put this review up the 26th in the morning before we even spoke about the situation. We have tried calling you a few times already today to see how we can remedy the situation but we have not been able to get in touch with you. We truly regret your car was driven and we will not be using that driver ever again. We strive for complete customer satisfaction here and regret that we could not provide that for you. We wish you the best in all your future endeavors.
