First time user and was a bit skeptical. Received numerous quotes for car transport and the reviews on the Transport review site really helped.
I contacted Josh at All American via email and he immediately responded with an updated quotation, realistic quote, time frame, etc.
He answered all of my questions and thoroughly explained the process-from his perspective in locating a carrier to when my credit card deposit would be charged (when the carrier commits to the job), and followed up with me on how things were going. He immediately found a driver heading to MN the day after we contracted and the car was picked up three hours later. I was given a five day window to receive the car in MN, but instead had the car delivered three days early (entire process took me 48 hours).
Paid driver cash and received my car in excellent condition. Job well done by JOSH, driver and All American. Will definitely use your services again. THANK YOU!
