This being my first experience with shipping a vehicle I was very apprehensive. I chose All-American Auto Transport because their pricing was very competitive and their home office was in Bethesda, MD. I felt that if I had any problems I would be better off dealing with someone local ratherr than a company out of CA or FL. After contracting for the move I read some of the reviews which were rather negative and this increased my apprehension. I shouldn't have been concerned. The only problem I had was of my own making. Concerned that it would take longer than propjected to pick up the vehicle I told Kurt at AAAT that the car would be available by the end of the week, trying to build-in a cushion if they didn't show on time. They showed up to pick the car up at the short end of the projected schedule but the dealer didn't have it ready so I had to send the trailer away and reschedule. Kurt was very obliging and told me just to call back when it was ready. When I called back a week later to reschedule, they were able to pick up the car the next day (earleir than I had expected but fortunately the dealer got the car ready this time) and the car was delivered in less than 2 days time.
If I ever need to transport a vehicle again I would have no problem calling on A-AAT
