Vivian Garcia put up with a very difficult customer, me! It is much appreciated as I only wanted to pay a certain way by credit card and no other means such as cash (other companies required this) at the end. somehow she did it and within an hour I had a pick up time and everything was paid for.

Not only did they pick up on time but the car arrived in only 5 days not the 9 I had agreed to; bonus!

The car arrived very early 5 days later and no problems at all.

So much appreciation for Vivian! Not sure how she did it but she did. Rare quality in people these days. Give her a raise!
