I chose this company based solely on the recommendation of a friend and failed to do my research first. I recently purchased an expensive vehicle in perfect condition with low miles. I chose to ship the vehicle enclosed because it was in perfect immaculate condition. It arrived fairly quick, but they chose to deliver it the same day a tropical storm was passing through Florida. The truck arrived during a lull in the weather. However, it arrived much later than originally scheduled. It was an extremely large semi trailer and I'm surprised the driver was able to navigate it through my residential neighborhood. So my hat is off to him for his truck driving ability. But when we opened the back to unload the car, I could immediately see that the car was far from the spotless condition it was in when it was picked up and loaded. It was more that just water spots from moving the car on and off the truck to move other vehicles. There was dirt in the fenderwells indicating that it had been driven. A check of the mileage revealed that it had been driven approximately three miles. Not much, but far more that necessary simply to move the car from one truck to the next. Under normal circumstances it wouldn't bother me that much, but the car showed up dirty. There was also a washer lying on the trunk that must have come from the ramps or one of the vehicles stacked above it. Since it already dark outside by the time the driver arrived, it was difficult to conduct a satisfactory inspection of the vehicle. The were many areas where I couldn't really tell if the the paint had been damaged, or it was simply dirty. I didn't notice it right away, but I also found streaks from some greasy fluid on the windshield. My guess is that it was oil from a vehicle parked above it. Fortunately the fluid only dripped on the glass and not the paint. I went ahead and paid the driver in cash as it was a weekend night. I figured I could work things out with All American Transport on Monday. Now, after reading these reviews, I now realize why they insist on cash or money orders. I'm guessing they had too many instances where customers complained to their credit card company and had the charges reversed. It has now been almost two weeks since I contacted All American Transport. They were very responsive when they were trying to get my business. However, I have not yet received a single response to emails or voice messages I left. So, pros, the car arrived quick and undamaged. Cons, the car arrived dirty and appears to have been driven more than required to move between trucks. Probably okay to use for a dally driver, but not recommended for high end vehicles.
