WE had arranged for a pickup on 1/3/09. We had calls ahead of time saying they were coming in 3 days. That happened in Oct. We said that we didn't want it until Jan. We were told ok and we would hear from them before. We were then charged $195 deposit in Oct. Today we got a call from a carrier saying they were picking the car up in Az on Sat. I said noway as we are in NH. We were given another number to call and after quite a few phone calls got a number for Customer Service. The woman said she knew nothing about our order and we didn't pay a deposit. We gave her the info we had to prove we had payed and she said she would call us right back that she wanted to look into it. After an hour we called her number again and got her answer machine which said that she was gone for the day and would be back in the office on Friday. That is a day before it was due to be picked up. Right now we are very upset and feel we will cancel and try to find someone else which I don't think we will be able to do. I would tell you never use this company!!!!! The man we dealt with said he had worked there for 9 years and today we were told he isn't there anymore
