These people are something else. After reading all the reviews, I see a steady stream of deceit. I wouldn't be surprised if the positive reviews for this company are fake and written by their own customer service reps because this company sucks and I hope they get what's coming to them because they can't continue to get away with this.

I ordered a quote and received a quick call from Mike with the great price of $875. He's a great talker and I fell hook line and sinker. I gave him my information (credit card included). I didn't have a definate address to ship my car to so while I waited for that, I decided to do some research on the company I chose and found this website. Needless to say I decided not to use them and didn't sign the contract and went with Agape. A week later, I they charged my card. No call, no email confirmation, no nothing. I called Mike and he transferred me to Sherry in customer service who said my order had been dispatched. WHY WOULD THEY DISPATCH MY ORDER? I informed her that no contract was signed and that they shouldn't have done that and requested to have my money refunded. She told me she would forward that to the accounting dept. That was March 1. I called back March 14 because I still didn't get my money back and I spoke to Juan. He seemed helpful and couldn't understand why I wasn't refunded yet and said I should see a refund in 3 days. It is now March 24 and no refund. I also recieved some phantom call from a driver who barely spoke english trying to pick up my car early. It felt fishy from the start because I had already contracted with Agape to have my vehicle picked up by Sovtran 2 days later. I believe this was some ploy by All American to ship my car so they could keep my money. I dont get these people and I can't wait to be done with this.

PLEASE DON"T USE THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
