I am in the military. I had to move from CA to VA. Jaymes from All-American Transport told me that their service is door to door. I own an Infiniti G35 Coupe. Yes, they did pick up my car from my house but when my car arrived to VA it had 180 miles more and it smelled like burning ruber. Obviously they took my car on a joy ride. I contacted All-American Transport and spoke with Jaymes. He said he is just the middle men an he is not sure if I can get reimburse for what they did, that the person that drove my car is no longer with them. Ha!!!! I was upset and he hanged up on me. I called back and he asked me to fax the papers with the millege. We will see what happens next.
