I was initially contracted through another company who kept telling me not to worry even though it was two days past when the car was supposed to be picked up. I was getting nowhere with the other company and needed the car shipped since it was already late. I called All American Transport Company and spoke with a VERY nice person, Leo Kelly, who took the time to explain how the car shipping business worked, how prices for cars were determined and how the drivers select which cars they want from an online message board. He told me how it was up to me to determine at what price I wanted my car listed for and was completely open and honest about how the shipping business worked. We set a price, and I signed the contract. Leo called me back (literally 20 minutes) later to tell me he had a driver confirmed to pick up my car. Seriously twenty minutes, this is after the car was listed with the other company for about four weeks! I thought Leo was kidding and really didn't believe him. I got a call from the trucker when he was on the way to get the car and I really could not be happier with Leo's services. I would have absolutely no hesitation using All American Transport Company again and highly recommend talking to Leo before settling for the cheapest quote from the flood of emails everyone sends. The fact is, anyone can quote a low price, and it really means nothing. Once you know how the truckers select the cars off the listing website, it all makes sense. Don’t make the mistake I did and look for the cheapest quote to come through. Call Leo and make it stress free. He really couldn’t have made it any easier. Thanks, B.
