I had quotes that were $150 less but Javier convinced me to stay with them. Javier and the first pickup driver were very professional. The dissatisfaction started in Pennsylvania. My sister got the call a day early at noon that the car which was 1/2 hour away was going to be delivered so she left her appointment and waited until 8:30 PM to learn that it would be delivered the next day. She told the driver that she was busy from 8:00 to 8:30AM , so what happens? He calls her at 8:20 to come meet him. When she got there the driver was in the middle of the road unloading the car, I guess he was going ot leave it in the parking lot of an area restaurant, I made the mistake of paying the second half up front. My sister explained that the vehicle doesn't have tags yet and made him put the car back on the trailer and follow her home. This company is a broker, you can go with any one of them and it is a coin flip as to what service you will get. Javier and Drew were great but I wouldn't pay the additional money for the front end service.
