this was something i knew nothing about. when David emailed me, i responded with a phone call. i asked him questions and he answered honestly and quickly. when i told him i didn't know what to ask, David proceeded to walk me through a step by step process of what would happen from pick up to delivery in my driveway. David called me daily to follow up. I must say this has been alot quicker, easier and safer way to get my jeep to me.
