Never Again!

I was assured through the sales department that my car would be picked up on time. Not only did I call prior to pick up, but was never given a return call. I continued to call for three days and was constantly told that they were waiting to hear from a driver and would call me back. I was scheduled for pick up on 9/11. My car was picked up on Saturday afternoon after going around and around with an additional rush charge. The man that picked up my car seemed honest and was to deliver the car the next morning (Sunday) at 8:30. Well, I called HIM at 11:00 and was told that he was stranded in Columbia with a flat tire. He was to meet me in Atlanta later Sunday afternoon. Ok, I called at 4:30 and his phone was out of order! I continued to call the transport company and no return call! He finally reached me at 8:15 Sunday evening and was in Augusta.
We agreed to meet at 8am on Monday to deliver the car. No call, no answer and his business line was now disconnected! I called the local authorites after being told by the transport company that they had left him a message. I already knew that they could not have due to the numbers being disconnected. I still have not resolved my issues with this company but I do have my car.
Horrible experience!

car was picked up we had a driver that was in the area he was a private carriers and was able to pick up car with in a couple of hours the driver had some issues with the carrier and was unable to pick up the the car in the time he gave us ,we apologize for the delay but the car was pick up and delivered in a safe manner
