Stay far far away from this company. The gas and food "promotion" that they offer is a big scam, and I unfortunately fell for it because their price was affordable and the supposed coupon upon delivery of the vehicle(s) was an additional perk. The original sales person whom I had first contact, Frank Martinez, no longer works there because he probably realized what a horrible company they are.

Without thoroughly explaining the transportation process, our 2 cars were handed off to another horrible company, On Time Express Transport, who assigned a rude driver who didn't want to deliver our cars on time from the day he picked up the vehicles. He told us from the start that the cars would be later than our scheduled delivery date of 8 days after pickup. They arrived 14 days later. After multiple calls during this time to both transport companies, it took way too long for either to give us a true estimate of delivery or even to tell us where our cars were at the time.

The final 'straw' with their incredible poor customer service & scam was the fake gas & food coupons they promised as part of the sales pitch. We have not received them, nor do we believe they ever existed in the first place. The owner, Glenda, assured my husband that these coupons would be processed the following day when he first talked with her after delivery of our cars. I had tried numerous attempts to speak with someone at the company via phone calls and emails, but have never had any response, and my calls were continuously put directly through to a voice mail each time. I was even cut off mid sentence on my last attempt and put straight through to voice mail. I have not seen a good review here where the customer mentioned receiving the coupons either. Are they good reviews from real customers?

This company even claims here on this website that they have been in business for 1 year and 8 months, when in fact they have only been in business since May of 2009. They should not have a license to do business. I have already filed a report with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration, and would advise anyone else to do the same.
